Wine Club Terms & Conditions
About 3 weeks in advance of your shipment you will receive an email advisement of our Winemaker’s selection for that shipment and an opportunity to add additional wines at your discounted membership rate. If you have concerns about the wines included, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your advisement. By logging into your account you may edit your profile if you want to change your shipping address, billing information, or toggle between Will Call or Shipping status.
One week before shipment your credit card will be charged, and once the wines are charged there is no opportunity to make changes.
By joining one of the Fiddlehead Cellars' Wine Clubs, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and understand that wines may only be shipped to and signed for by adults age 21 years or older. Your benefits become effective as soon as you take your first shipment.
Fiddlehead Cellars will conveniently ship your wines directly to your home or office. If you elect the pick-up option, we will hold your wine for pick-up at our tasting room for 30 days, after which your order will be shipped and associated fees will be applied to your account.
Shipping
We are able to ship to most states and you may inquire with our team for an updated list of legal states. Due to legal restrictions, volume limits and delivery periods may apply. Age verification and a signature of an adult 21+ years of age are required at the time of delivery. Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Fiddlehead. It is your obligation to notify Fiddlehead Cellars of any billing or shipping changes prior to the charging of any order or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the Club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the winery will be charged to your account.
Returns
We will do our best to replace any wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. If that wine is no longer available a current release of that wine may be substituted. By law we cannot except returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.
Cancellations
Requests to cancel your membership may be made after 1 year (3 club shipments) and with a 14-day cancellation prior to the billing date. All wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable after charge. Shipments will automatically continue after one year until you elect to cancel in writing, at which point membership will be suspended without further obligation except for wines billed to your account prior to receipt of written cancellation. Early cancellations may result in discount charge backs and a $50 cancellation fee. This fee protects our member benefits and any savings we have extended to you under the conditions of membership during this time.
